At Charm Shop UK, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how we process orders, our delivery timeframes and what you can expect after placing an order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Our daily order cut-off time is 12:00 PM (UK Time). Orders placed before this time are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing Time: 0–1 working day
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email and your parcel will be prepared for dispatch.
Delivery
We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all UK orders with no minimum purchase required.
Estimated Delivery Time: 2–3 working days
Estimated Arrival: 2–4 working days (including processing)
Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including severe weather, courier delays or peak seasonal periods.
For customers who require faster delivery, additional shipping options may be available during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details, where applicable.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after dispatch.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Charm Shop UK cannot be held responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your parcel arrives damaged, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery and including photographs of the item and packaging so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, BFPO/APO/FPO addresses or international destinations.
Should international shipping become available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
